If you have not already filled out your registration and medical history, please be prepared to arrive 20 minutes early to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. 

Your initial examination will last approximately one hour.  Your visit will include: x-rays, a thorough oral examination and cancer check.  We will also be discussing any medications and other medical indications that may affect your total dental health.

This is an informal visit with you to discuss your dental care, if you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to share this with us at your appointment.
